You Won’t Believe This! PDP Just Gave APC And Buhari The Biggest Knock Ever As It Thrashes The INEC Server Allegation

The Peoples Democratic Party has laughed off the allegation of the All Progressives Party that it broke into INEC’s server. The party has also said that the ruling party was already showing signs of being jittery as well as panic with its petition to the Director General of the Directorate of State Security Service.

The main opposition party in Nigeria’s,the Peoples Democratic Party
(PDP), says the allegation levelled against it over INEC’s server
allegation by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) points to the
fact that the party is worried iabout its fate at the court and scared
that it would lose.

Recall that the APC had written just this week to the DSS and called
for an investigation into how the PDP and Atiku Abubakar were able to
access INEC’s server and called for Atiku’s arrest and prosecution.

You will recall that INEC had on 27 February declared
President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC the winner of the February 23
presidential election.

Shortly After the collation of results from Nigeria’s 36 states and the country’s capital, INEC declared that Buhari polled 15,191,847 votes to defeat Atiku who got 11,262,978 votes.

But Atiku has since rejected the outcome of the election, claiming that the results were manipulated by INEC to favour Buhari.

Atiku had claimed that he defeated Buhari by about 1.6million votes from the information he got from INEC’s server.

Reacting to the APC allegations against his party, spokesman for the
PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan, asked the APC to stop “their unnecessary
fabrications, smear campaign and prepare to face its legal team at the
Presidential election tribunal.”

According to PDP, President Buhari and his party are overweighed by the “burden of illegitimacy”.

“By resorting to shadow-boxing outside the tribunal, President Buhari
and the APC have shown that they have no defence to present to the
court against PDP’s submission that they stole our mandate,” he said.

“It is even more appalling that Festus Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of
Nigeria (SAN) and a member of Buhari’s legal team, who should know
better, would engage in this act of subjudice designed to distort facts
already known to Nigerians, that our Presidential Candidate and former
Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, clearly won the February 23 Presidential
election.”
