The leader of Biafra, IPOB, on Wednesday urged the isreal authority and other world governments to prevail on the Federal Government to stop the killing its members who snap with its Leader, Nnamdi Kalu.
In a statement signed by its spokesperson, Emma powerful, the secessionist group alerted that the lives of family members of its isreal National Coodinator, Ibezim Obiorah Augustine and others were in danger, after they took photo snap with Kanu.
According to IPOB: we have made a passionate appeal to Israel and other world Government to prevail on Nigeria Government to stop killing our members as well as other Biafra agitators who visited Nigeria before christmas and beyond from different countries.
Biafrans abroad the humiliated and hunted down in their respective families and communities especially since Nnamdi Kalu IPOB leader snapped pictures with isreal national coordinator and other members in isreal, their families are under serious attack by DSS and other security operatives.
We, therefore, must plead with Government of the world especially the isreal Government and other western countries to give any support necessary to save the lives of IPOB members who eventually come to Nigeria.
Its important we remind the whole world that those who where coming back from other parts of the world including isreal are facing serious persecutions here in Nigeria, particularly those took picture with the IPOB leader.
we appeal to isreal prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu to intervene the save lives of Augustine and families including other members in sireal’ IPOB said,
it however vowed to sustain its agitation for Biafra independence despite what it termed” stiff resistance by the authorities’.adding that no amount of intimidation or provocation will make it reconsider its non violet approach.
