- OBO was seen declaring his status as an Igbo man on social media recently - He also revealed that “Igbos are winning.” It’s no longer news that popular Nigerian musician David Adeleke aka Davido is in a relationship with a lady named Chioma Avril Rowland and they’ve been together for a while now. Davido and Chioma take every opportunity to show off their love and their social media pages sees them interacting almost on a daily pages. There is hardly any photo that Chioma posts online that Davido doesn’t comment on. OBO even surprised many when he threw a lavish surprise party for Chioma with their close friends and family in attendance. At the end of the day, he presented a Porsche car reportedly worth N22million to her as her birthday gift.
Like her name suggests, Chioma who is a chef is of Igbo origin perhaps this is what is responsible for Davido’s recent outburst in a video that has emerged online. The popular singer was seen alongside his crew members shouting that he was now an Igbo man. He was responding to a man who isn’t seen who called him ‘my in law.’ Watch the video below:
